General description
Recombinant, Xanthomonas manihotis β1,3-Galactosidase expressed in E. coli. Cleaves terminal β1,3-linked galactose residues on oligosaccharides. Has >100-fold kinetic preference for β1,3-over β1,6-linkages and 500-fold kinetic preference for β1,3-over β1,4-linkages.
